1. About us
ici21.com is operated by ICICOSMETIC LTD, trading as ici21, a company registered in England and Wales under Companies House No. 12145692, with registered address Office 6623, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@ici21.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order.
4. Products
We sell beauty, cosmetics, and self-care products and accessories. We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or specification may occur. Product descriptions do not form a guarantee beyond your statutory rights.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes — the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise tax additions at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgement by email, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or the accepted card networks shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details.

9. Right of withdrawal & returns
Customers in the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase under consumer-protection law. Full details, including our 30-day return window, are in our Refund & Return Policy. For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once unsealed.
10. Statutory rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Details of any voluntary goodwill returns are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Safe use of products
Please use our products only as directed and for their intended purpose. Cosmetics and beauty products are for external use unless the packaging states otherwise. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, review the ingredient list and carry out a patch test before use, and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Keep products out of the reach of children. We are not liable for misuse or use contrary to the product instructions.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the ici21 brand — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to hack, scrape, overload, or otherwise misuse the Site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, supply-chain disruption, or courier strikes.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
17. Dispute resolution
Please contact us first at support@ici21.com — we aim to resolve issues quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, UK consumers may pursue a claim through the small-claims court or an applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme.
18. Additional provisions for United States customers
These terms also apply to customers in the United States, subject to the following: they are governed by the laws of England and Wales, which does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection of your U.S. state of residence; we aim to resolve disputes informally first — please contact support@ici21.com, and nothing in these terms requires binding arbitration or waives your right to bring an individual claim; any claim relating to an order must be brought within the period allowed by the law of your state (commonly up to four years for contract claims). U.S. state privacy rights (including California CCPA/CPRA) are described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
