This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on ici21.com, operated by ICICOSMETIC LTD. Shipping costs are always calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: £6.45 on orders under £50.
- Free shipping: on all orders of £50 or more.
Fulfilment: Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Please allow 1–3 business days of handling plus 5–14 business days of delivery to the UK.
Processing & delivery times
- Processing (handling) time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery (transit) time: 5–14 business days after dispatch.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Customs, duties & taxes
Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
