Refund & Return Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on ici21.com, operated by ICICOSMETIC LTD.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Condition of returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once unsealed (see below).
How to start a return
Email support@ici21.com with your order number and we will reply with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalised goods
- Perishable or expired goods
- Health and hygiene products once unsealed
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
